1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Cici, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you configure. Cici is currently intended for businesses using US phone numbers.
2. The service
Cici provides an AI-powered receptionist, an assigned phone number, business-knowledge configuration, test calls, and call activity with transcripts and summaries. AI responses and summaries may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your setup and testing Cici before relying on it with customers.
3. Phone numbers
Assigned numbers remain controlled by our communications providers. Area-code availability is not guaranteed, exact-number selection and portability are not promised, and a number may be changed, suspended, or reclaimed when required by law, a provider, nonpayment, account deletion, or prolonged inactivity. You do not acquire ownership of an assigned number.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The price, trial period, plan limits, and billing interval are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews unless canceled in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting your Cici account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage subscriptions with Apple.
5. Text messaging terms
Cici supports service-related text messages between callers and businesses using Cici-managed phone numbers. A caller opts in to an immediate post-call follow-up by voluntarily calling a published Cici-managed business number to request service or information. If a business enables verbal confirmation, Cici asks once during the call and sends the follow-up only after a clear affirmative response. Messages identify the sender in the form "Sent by Cici for [Business Name]" or equivalent wording.
The automatic program sends one service-related follow-up after an answered call. Message frequency may vary if the caller replies and the business continues the conversation. These messages are not a recurring marketing subscription. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages from that number or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. For help, email neil@coachcraft.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights in business information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and operate Cici. You represent that you have permission to provide that information. You are responsible for your greeting, statements Cici is asked to make, caller notices, recording and transcription consent, and compliance with telemarketing, privacy, accessibility, and industry rules.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Cici to:
- break the law, impersonate others, deceive, harass, or discriminate;
- place emergency calls or provide emergency-response services;
- collect payment-card data, passwords, medical data, or government identifiers;
- send spam, conduct unlawful telemarketing, or evade consent requirements;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits; or
- use outputs as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Cici available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, call completion, transcription accuracy, or compatibility with every carrier or device. We may improve, limit, or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or provider risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cici is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Elevated Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Cici in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions, so these limits apply only where permitted.
