Delete your Cici account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the Cici app without contacting support.

Effective July 21, 2026

Delete in the app

    Open your profile

    In Cici, tap the profile circle at the top of the Home screen.

    Choose Delete account

    Scroll down in the profile sheet and tap Delete account.

    Confirm deletion

    Review what will be removed, manage your Apple subscription if needed, then confirm the permanent deletion.

Haven't finished setup? Scroll to the bottom of the Cici Plus screen and tap Delete account there.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your Cici login, business profile, receptionist configuration, assigned number, stored call activity, lead details, transcripts, summaries, and recordings associated with your account, subject to limited security, legal, and backup retention. Your assigned phone number is released and may later be assigned to someone else. Deletion cannot be undone.

Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately

Deleting your Cici account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To avoid future renewal charges, cancel through Apple before deleting your account.
