Frequently asked questions
How is my local number chosen?
You choose a three-digit US area code. Cici asks its calling provider for an available number in that area code; the provider selects the exact number. Availability is not guaranteed, and Cici does not currently show a list of exact numbers to choose from.
Can I test Cici before sharing the number?
Yes. Finish the receptionist setup, then use Make a test call on the home screen to hear the live greeting and ask sample questions.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Cici paywall and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Cici. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
How do I delete my Cici account?
From Home, tap your profile circle, scroll down in the profile sheet, and choose Delete account. If you have not finished setup, scroll to the bottom of the Cici Plus screen instead. Cici will ask you to confirm before permanently deleting your account and service data.
